We took a quick drive and spent a few hours touring the FX Matt Brewing Company, a long-standing company in the city of Utica, NY. It was really fun! Before this tour, I didn't realize how important the company is the community, and how long this company has been here. I blogged all about it with tons of photos at my other blog.
